About This Page
A curated collection of high quality resources I've found over the years. These include niche websites, YouTube channels, and educational sites that have positively impacted my journey.
YouTube Channels¶
Devin Nash
Devin is one of the most well rounded YouTubers I've came across and he drops some great gems in his videos. I recommend checking out his Patreon page. He uploads some of his best content there, which is related to business and mindset development. Most of his videos are on the $5/month tier and there are mastermind videos on the $15/month tier.
Dan Koe
Dan has great insights on the realities of life and the content in his videos is top tier. He was also a big influence on me starting this website, as he puts a lot of emphasis on why writing is important.
HealthyGamerGG (Dr. K)
Dr. K has a ton of great content about psychology and mental health related topics. If you want to see ways to apply his knowledge in more detail, check out some of the interviews he's done over the years with other content creators.
Dr. Eric Berg
Many of Dr. Berg's videos are related to diet issues and how to fix them. Bad food can cause a lot of health problems, so learning how to clean up a diet can help someone feel much better.
Athlean-X (Jeff Cavaliere)
Jeff is a bodybuilder and a physical therapist. I used to have joint and back pain from doing squats and deadlifts and came across Jeff's channel when I was looking for a solution. He has a ton of great videos on ways to alleviate pain and fixes for lifting form.
The PC Security Channel
If you're looking for cybersecurity related content, such as how different brands of antivirus do in a real world test, Leo's channel is an excellent resource. He covers the different ways malware can infect a computer and how to protect against it.
Ambient Music Channels
These are a few examples of great ambient music channels. If you like to have music in the background while you work and it helps you concentrate on the task at hand, check these out and see if the music is to your liking. If you're able to commit to a deep work session, even for a few hours, you'll accomplish way more than a full day of being half distracted.
Educational Websites¶
We Live Security (ESET)
This is used by security researchers who work for ESET. There are some good articles in here from time to time that break down real world cyber attacks.
Unit 42 (Palo Alto Networks)
Unit 42 is part of Palo Alto Networks and is an infosec research group. This site is similar to the one from ESET.
Developer Roadmaps
This is a great website to see roadmaps to get certain skillsets in the IT world.
Router Security
This site has comprehensive information specifically related to router security.
AI Agents List
If you do any work with AI and setting up agents, this is a useful resource on the different agents that're available and where to get them.
Learn Prompting
If you want to learn prompt engineering, I haven't found a better resource than this.
Vitamin D Wiki
If you're into health optimization and want to learn more about Vitamin D, this site has an unbelievable amount of info and studies.
Dave Pascoe (Biohacker)
Dave is a biohacker and posts a wealth of health info on his website.
YourBias.is
This website lists the cognitive biases a person has to deal with. I recommend this website as a supplement to the book, Psychology of Intelligence Analysis.
