Here’s a list of some great resources I’ve gathered over the years, such as niche websites and YouTube channels.

Devin Nash - Devin is one of the most well rounded YouTubers I’ve came across and he drops some great gems in his videos. I recommend checking out his Patreon page. He uploads some of his best content there, which is related to business and mindset development. Most of his videos are on the $5/month tier and there are mastermind videos on the $15/month tier.

Dan Koe - Dan has great insights on the realities of life and the content in his videos is top tier. He was also a big influence on me starting this website, as he puts a lot of emphasis on why writing is important.

HealthyGamerGG (Dr. Alok Kanojia, aka Dr. K) - Dr. K has a ton of great content about psychology and mental health related topics. If you want to see ways to apply his knowledge in more detail, check out some of the interviews he’s done over the years with other content creators.

Dr. Eric Berg - Many of Dr. Berg’s videos are related to diet issues and how to fix them. Bad food can cause a lot of health problems, so learning how to clean up a diet can help someone feel much better.

Athlean-X (Jeff) - Jeff is a bodybuilder and a physical therapist. I used to have joint and back pain from doing squats and deadlifts and came across Jeff’s channel when I was looking for a solution. He has a ton of great videos on ways to alleviate pain and fixes for lifting form.

The PC Security Channel (Leo) - If you’re looking for cybersecurity related content, such as how different brands of antivirus do in a real world test, Leo’s channel is an excellent resource. He covers the different ways malware can infect a computer and how to protect against it.

Ambient Worlds, Eternal Depth, SpaceWave - Cosmic Relaxation, HalidonMusic, etc, etc - these are a few examples of great ambient music channels. If you like to have music in the background while you work and it helps you concentrate on the task at hand, check these out and see if the music is to your liking. If you’re able to commit to a deep work session, even for a few hours, you’ll accomplish way more than a full day of being half distracted.
